I asked for freedom...she made a noose.
I asked for faith...she walked up the steps.
I asked for sacrifice...she held the noose in her hands.
I asked for devotion...she put the noose around her neck.
I asked for peace...she closed her eyes.
I asked for courage...she smiled.
I asked for reverence...she whispered my name...
