I would say to the world
"Let us be..."
For she has chosen me
With all that she sees in me
If ever there was a woman
Who knew how to love
It would be her
Past the fool and into the soul
Her love reached where no one goes
When my time is complete
When every word in me
Speaks of her and her love for me
I will turn to her
And love her for an eternity
If only the world would just
Let us be.
